Meri tarah raat ko binge karta hai koi aur? 😭 Kuch kaam ka tip do yaar!

Yaar please tell me I’m not the only one who’s doing this. 😭 So I’ve been trying to fix my metabolism after all those stupid crash diets. Keto, intermittent fasting, you name it. My body is completely confused now. And the worst part? Night time binge eating. Like 10 PM, I’m supposed to sleep, but instead I’m in the kitchen stuffing my face with leftover roti and pickle, or ordering a whole pizza. Today was especially bad. I had such a disciplined day - green tea, salad, even did a 15 min walk. But then midnight struck and I ate 3 parathas with butter. Like a zombie. I didn’t even taste it. Now I’m bloated, guilty, and can’t sleep. I tried keeping a journal, drinking warm water, even brushing my teeth early. Nothing works. It’s like my brain switches off and my hands take over. Does anyone have a practical tip? Not a strict diet, I’ve had enough of those. Something small that actually helped you stop this cycle? Please help a sister out. 😩

PCOD sugar cravings at 11 PM? Mera dimaag ice cream vs healthy banana cocoa water mein phas gaya! Koi kaam ka remedy hai?

Ugh, it’s 11 PM and I’m literally fighting with myself to not order a tub of ice cream. 😩 This PCOD mood swings are already killing me during the day, but late night? That’s when the sugar cravings hit like a truck. I tried keeping fruits in my hostel fridge but honestly, after a long day of work, a cold apple just doesn’t hit the same as something sweet and sinful. Yesterday I tried that “healthy dessert” hack—blended frozen banana with cocoa powder. Tasted like sad chocolate water tbh. 😬 Anyone else here struggle with this? Koi kaam ka remedy hai kya? I don’t want to eat chaat or paratha because that’s a whole different craving, but something sweet that won’t spike my hormones? I’m desperate yaar. Also, hostel mess ka gajar halwa is never available after 9 PM, so that’s a lost cause. Drop your tips please, I’m this close to raiding my roommate’s stash of Dairy Milk Silk. 🍫

Yaar, kidney stones ke baad roz 5 litre paani peena safe hai? Wife bolti pagal ho gaye ho! 😅

Yaar ek doubt hai. Pichle saal kidney stones hue the, tab se main din bhar 5 litres paani peene laga hoon. Subah uthke 1 litre, phir office mein 2 litre, ghar aake 1.5, aur raat ko bhi 500 ml. Par ab kal mujhe laga ki itna paani peena bhi theek hai kya? Kuch log bolte hain kidney pe pressure padta hai. Maine suna tha ki kam se kam 3-4 litres to chahiye stone prevention ke liye, lekin 5 litres thoda zyada toh nahi hai? Meri wife bolti hai main pagal ho gaya hoon, lekin mujhe darr hai ki thoda bhi kam piya toh phir se stone ban jayenge. Beer to chhod di hai pura, soda bhi nahi peeta ab. Koi doctor ya experienced bhai ho toh batao - kya 5 litres safe hai roz? Aur haan, main roz 1 glass nimbu paani bhi leta hoon subah khali pet. Koi side effects hote hain itna paani peene ke? Thoda guidance chahiye, please.
