Yaar please tell me I’m not the only one who’s doing this. 😭
So I’ve been trying to fix my metabolism after all those stupid crash diets. Keto, intermittent fasting, you name it. My body is completely confused now. And the worst part? Night time binge eating. Like 10 PM, I’m supposed to sleep, but instead I’m in the kitchen stuffing my face with leftover roti and pickle, or ordering a whole pizza.
Today was especially bad. I had such a disciplined day - green tea, salad, even did a 15 min walk. But then midnight struck and I ate 3 parathas with butter. Like a zombie. I didn’t even taste it. Now I’m bloated, guilty, and can’t sleep.
I tried keeping a journal, drinking warm water, even brushing my teeth early. Nothing works. It’s like my brain switches off and my hands take over.
Does anyone have a practical tip? Not a strict diet, I’ve had enough of those. Something small that actually helped you stop this cycle? Please help a sister out. 😩
