Analiv 5mg injection contains Ondansetron, a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used for prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and post-operative nausea and vomiting. It blocks vagal afferent stimulation and central chemoreceptor trigger zone. Administered intravenously as a single dose before chemotherapy or surgery.
