Dil ka dhadakna rok kyun raha hai? Kya karte ho tum?

Namaste ji. Aaj subah uthke chai banane lagi thi toh achanak dil aise tez dhadakne laga jaise koi bhage ja raha ho. Aadhe ghante tak baithi rahi, fir thoda aaram aaya. Pehle bhi hota hai par aaj tabiyat zyada ghabrai. Mera BP thik hai, par ye resting me aana mujhe darata hai. Blood thinners le rahi hoon toh koi chot lag jaye toh khoon nahi rukta, isliye doctor ne kaha hai zyada bhaag daud nahi karna. Aap log kya karte ho aise pal mein? Koi ghar ka nuskha hai? Ya koi specific exercise? Mujhe toh bas baithne aur gahari saans lene se kuch din pehle aram mila tha, par aaj nahi hua. Kisi ko bhi aisa hota hai? Pls share karo, main bohot chinta mein hoon.

Dukaan pe baith ke gas ki problem? Samosa chhute nahi, tips do!

Yaar yeh dukaan par baithe baithe gas banna bohot problem hai. Aaj subah se uth ke dukaan aaya, bas chai pi aur ek samosa kha liya. Abhi do ghante baad pet mein aise baj raha hai jaise dholak bajti hai. Pata nahi kya ho raha hai. Pichle hafte toh aisa nahi tha. Kya karoon? Aata hai toh khane ka mann karta hai par baad mein pachtawa hota hai. Doctor ne bola hai spicy aur oily chizein kam karo, lekin samosa kaise chhute? Bada hard ho raha hai. Ghar mein biwi bhi kehti hai ki dukaan par baith ke zyada mat kha, par woh bhi toh samajhti nahi ki yahan toh bas yahi milta hai. Koi tips ho toh batao bhai, kya karein? Kya ajwain ka paani peena theek rahega? Ya kuch aur? Bahut tang aa gaya hoon is gas se. Dukaan ke customers ke saamne bhi sharam aati hai jab pet bajta hai.

Yaar raat 11 baje parle-G ya gulab jamun ka mood? Hormones ne hijack kar liya mera brain 😩

Ugh, it’s 11 PM and I’m literally fighting with myself to not open that pack of parle-g or order a gulab jamun from the Zomato app. Mera dimaag bol raha hai “nahi karo,” but my body is like “give me sugar or I’ll scream.” 😩 I’m on this PCOD diet thing, but hostel life ka koi quota nahi hai—my mess ka khana is either too oily or too bland. And then raat ko, when I’m working late or just scrolling, the cravings hit like a truck. Aaj toh maine socha chai banau with less sugar, but ended up adding 2 spoons anyway. Fail. Anyone else feel like their hormones just hijack their brain after 9 PM? 😂 I tried keeping almonds and roasted chana nearby, but they taste like punishment compared to a soft gulab jamun. Koi real hack hai? Or am I doomed to crave forever?
