Diabetes se aankhein dhundhli? Mera haath jal gaya, aapka kya haal hai?

Beta log, aaj subah uthke aankh kholi to sab kuch dhundhla dhundhla dikh raha tha. Kuch der baad thoda theek hua, par sugar ka level 230 tha. Dr. ne pehle hi kaha tha ki diabetes se aankhon ka damage ho sakta hai, par aaj to dar lag gaya. Pata nahi kab ye roshni pura chali jaye. Ghar ka kaam karte waqt chai ka cup nahi dikha aur haath jal gaya. Bahut gussa aata hai apne aap par. Kisine koi gharelu nuskha bataya ho to zaroor likhna. Kya aap logon ko bhi aisa hota hai? Main to roz subah aankhon ki exercise karti hoon aur methi paani peeti hoon, par koi fayda nahi lagta. Dr. ne retina ka laser bhi bataya hai, par sunkar darr lagta hai. Bachche bolte hain ki mobile se door raho, par akelepan mein kya karein? Koi aapna nahi hai. Bas ye sochti hoon ki Bhagwan ka diya hua sab kuch hai, par aankhon ka toh koi mol nahi. Koi sujhaye toh bataye.

PCOD ka mess se kya connection hai? Aloo sabzi aur mood swings ka drama 😩 Koi diet hack batao!

Ugh, another day of staring at the same oily aloo sabzi and dry roti in the hostel mess. 😩 I swear, my PCOD is having a field day with this diet. My mood swings were so bad today, I almost cried over a dropped paratha. Like, literally tears over roti, yaar. I’m trying to manage my insulin resistance and all, but how do you eat clean when the mess ka khana is basically deep-fried everything? I tried sneaking in some sprouts and curd from the local tiffin service, but the portions are so tiny. And don’t even get me started on the sugar cravings—hostel pantry mein chai ke sath biscuits ka stock kabhi khatam nahi hota. 😭 Does anyone have a hack for PCOD-friendly meals that don’t need a kitchen? I’m thinking of stocking up on roasted chana, makhana, and maybe some protein powder. But honestly, kya karein jab time nahi hai? Work se aake mess ka khaana hi option hai. If you’ve managed this, please share your secret. I’m open to any tips, even if it’s just a good brand of instant oats that doesn’t taste like cardboard. 🙏

Yaar, kidney stones ke baad roz 5 litre paani peena safe hai? Wife bolti pagal ho gaye ho! 😅

Yaar ek doubt hai. Pichle saal kidney stones hue the, tab se main din bhar 5 litres paani peene laga hoon. Subah uthke 1 litre, phir office mein 2 litre, ghar aake 1.5, aur raat ko bhi 500 ml. Par ab kal mujhe laga ki itna paani peena bhi theek hai kya? Kuch log bolte hain kidney pe pressure padta hai. Maine suna tha ki kam se kam 3-4 litres to chahiye stone prevention ke liye, lekin 5 litres thoda zyada toh nahi hai? Meri wife bolti hai main pagal ho gaya hoon, lekin mujhe darr hai ki thoda bhi kam piya toh phir se stone ban jayenge. Beer to chhod di hai pura, soda bhi nahi peeta ab. Koi doctor ya experienced bhai ho toh batao - kya 5 litres safe hai roz? Aur haan, main roz 1 glass nimbu paani bhi leta hoon subah khali pet. Koi side effects hote hain itna paani peene ke? Thoda guidance chahiye, please.
