Falciquin 300mg Tablet is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to quinine, history of QT prolongation, myasthenia gravis, optic neuritis, and in patients with G6PD deficiency. It should not be used in patients with tinnitus or previous quinine-induced visual disturbances.

Falciquin 300mg Tablet se heart rhythm problems (QT prolongation) ho sakti hai, especially in patients with heart disease or electrolyte imbalance. Also, it can cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and visual disturbances. Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease. Avoid in patients with G6PD deficiency as it may cause hemolytic anemia.
