Fineact Injection is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or other NSAIDs, active gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcer, severe heart failure, severe kidney or liver disease, and in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery. It should not be used in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Fineact Injection should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney or liver impairment. It may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, especially with long-term use. Avoid use in the third trimester of pregnancy. Monitor for signs of bleeding or allergic reactions.
