Papa toh pehalwan ji ke paas bhi le gaye the - unka kehna hai "yeh popping normal hai, ghas-te ka tel lagao." Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha. Main toh bas cricket khelna chahta hoon. 22 saal ka hoon, abhi toh career shuru bhi nahi hua. Lekin ab walking mein bhi awaaz aane lagi hai. Koi pain nahi hai bas woh popping sound hai. Maine kuch logon ko suna hai ki aise popping ke baad band hone ka dar hota hai. Kya koi yahan hai jiska bhi aisa hua ho? Kya surgery zaroori hai ya desi ilaaj se kaam chal sakta hai? Papa toh bol rahe hain "pehalwan ji ne kai khelaari theek kiye hain." Lekin mujhe lagta hai woh sirf temporary relief dete hain. Please koi genuine experience share karo. Main confuse hoon aur dar bhi lag raha hai. 🙏

Bua ne makeup pe lecture diya! 😭 Cystic acne hide karne ka budget hack batao pls! 🫣

Ugh yaar. Today my bua visited and first thing she said "chehre pe itna acne hai toh makeup kyun lagati ho? Aur bhi kharab hota hai." Like seriously?? Kya karun main without makeup? College jaana hai, ghar se bahar nikalna hai. Without filter toh main khud ko mirror mein nahi dekh sakti. 😭 Anyway. I've been trying to find good makeup that actually covers these cystic bumps without making them angrier. Tried that Maybelline Fit Me foundation but it just settles into the texture and looks cakey within 2 hours. Plus it feels heavy and I'm scared it'll clog pores more. I saw some influencers recommend green color corrector for redness but honestly mujhe samajh nahi aata konse brand ka lu. Also primer use karu ya nahi? Koi setting spray bhi suggest karo jo acne prone skin pe safe ho. And don't even get me started on pimple patches - I bought those star shaped ones from Nykaa for fun but they don't stick on cystic bumps properly lol. Waste of money. Any bhai log/bhen log jo cystic acne hide karte ho regularly, please share your routine. Preferably affordable products under 500-600 rs. School/college budget hai 😅 And pls no "acne ko naturally theek karo" advice - already heard that 100 times from my relatives.

Hostel ka khana + PCOD = disaster! Mess wale oily paneer de rahe, mood swings roommate pe nikal rahe. Tips chahiye bhai log? 😭

Ugh, yaar. Hostel life is literally the worst thing for PCOD management. I’ve been trying so hard to stay consistent with my diet and meds, but mess food just ruins everything. Last week I thought “chalo, ek din salad kha lungi” but the canteen wala bhaiya gave me a plate of oily paneer with extra butter. 😭 And I couldn’t say no because you know how it is—they already judge you for being “too picky.” My mood swings have been absolutely crazy. Yesterday I cried for 20 minutes because my phone died while I was watching a recipe video. Then I got angry at my roommate for breathing too loud. She didn’t even say anything. I feel so bad later but in that moment, it’s like my brain is on fire. My mom keeps calling and asking if I’m eating right, and I just lie and say “haan, sab theek hai.” But honestly, how do you manage PCOD when you don’t control your own kitchen? I’m trying to do intermittent fasting but skipping dinner is hard when the only other option is maggi at 10 PM. Anyone else here dealing with hostel food and PCOD? Koi tips ho toh batao, I’m really struggling. 😔
