Ugh, yaar. Hostel life is literally the worst thing for PCOD management. I’ve been trying so hard to stay consistent with my diet and meds, but mess food just ruins everything. Last week I thought “chalo, ek din salad kha lungi” but the canteen wala bhaiya gave me a plate of oily paneer with extra butter. 😭 And I couldn’t say no because you know how it is—they already judge you for being “too picky.”

My mood swings have been absolutely crazy. Yesterday I cried for 20 minutes because my phone died while I was watching a recipe video. Then I got angry at my roommate for breathing too loud. She didn’t even say anything. I feel so bad later but in that moment, it’s like my brain is on fire.

My mom keeps calling and asking if I’m eating right, and I just lie and say “haan, sab theek hai.” But honestly, how do you manage PCOD when you don’t control your own kitchen? I’m trying to do intermittent fasting but skipping dinner is hard when the only other option is maggi at 10 PM.

Anyone else here dealing with hostel food and PCOD? Koi tips ho toh batao, I’m really struggling. 😔
