Vernim P is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to nimesulide, paracetamol, or any other component. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcer, severe liver impairment, severe kidney impairment, or in children under 12 years of age. It is also contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy and in breastfeeding women.

Vernim P should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, or gastrointestinal ulcers. It may cause fluid retention and increase blood pressure. Prolonged use can lead to liver damage. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you experience symptoms like dark urine, yellowing of skin or eyes, or severe stomach pain, stop the medicine and consult your doctor immediately.

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, and liver damage. Treatment may include gastric lavage and administration of activated charcoal. N-acetylcysteine is an antidote for paracetamol overdose.
