Angioplasty ke baad statins se legs jal rahe hain, koi natural option hai ya doctor ki baat maanun?

Guys, need your advice. Post angioplasty, doctor has put me on high dose statins. LDL came down from 190 to 80 in 3 months, which is good, but the muscle pain is killing me. Specially in legs, feels like I ran a marathon when I just walked to the car. Also feeling a bit foggy mentally. Office me focus nahi aa raha. I want to talk to my cardiologist about reducing dose or switching to something else, like maybe Ezetimibe or just lifestyle changes. But my wife says "doctor ko challenge mat karo, woh jaan bachaye hai". But yaar, quality of life bhi toh chahiye. Has anyone here successfully controlled cholesterol without statins? I am doing strict diet now - no oil, no maida, only oats and dalia, and walking 40 mins daily. Will that be enough to keep LDL under 100? Or am I being stupid and should just tolerate the pain? Also, someone told me about red yeast rice and berberine. Is that effective or just another fad? Please share your honest experiences. Don't want to end up in ICU again but also don't want to live like a zombie.

6 mahine ka baby, raat ko 2-3 baar uthna, saas bole ghee haldi se depression theek! Kya main overreact kar rahi hoon? 😭

Yaar I don't even know kahan se shuru karein. Mera 6 month ka baby hai aur main literally pagal ho rahi hoon. Raat ko 2-3 baar uthti hoon feed karane, din mein sirf 1-2 ghante soti hoon. Aur aaj toh saas ne aake kaha - "beta tumhe gussa kyun aata hai? Hum toh 5 bachhe palte the, koi depression nahi tha humein." 🤦‍♀️ Maine try kiya samjhaane ki yeh postpartum depression hai, hormones ki wajah se hota hai. Par unhone kaha "mujhe sab pata hai, tum bas thoda ghee mein haldi daal kar khaao aur aaram karo." Hello?? Ghee se depression thode theek hota hai! Main puchna chahti hoon - aapne apne ghar walon ko kaise samjhaya ki yeh real hai? Ki yeh just "lazy" ya "drama" nahi hai? Mera husband thoda supportive hai par woh bhi bolta hai "chill kar, sab theek ho jayega." Please koi practical advice do. Therapy jaana chahti hoon par ghar mein kaise samjhaaun? Aur honestly, kabhi lagta hai ki main hi overreact kar rahi hoon. 😞

Salicylic acid laga ke face ko jalaliya 🔥😭 ab kya karun? Chemical burn ho gaya!

Yaar seriously kya karoon ab 😭. Mene socha salicylic acid serum try karun cystic acne ke liye, suna tha acne control karta hai. Phle din lagaya, thoda sa burning feel hua but maine socha “oh it’s working” 😭. Next morning mera face bright red ho gaya jaisa kisi ne mirchi lagadi ho. Cheeks aur chin pe burning sensation aise jaise koi jal raha ho. Ab daag toh the hi, upar se ye chemical burn lag gaya hai 😤. Kya galat kiya? Serum 2% salicylic acid tha, mene skin ko moisturize bhi kiya tha. Ya shayad pimple popping ki aadat ki wajah se skin already weak thi? Koi batao yaar, should I stop using actives completely? Koi soothing home remedy batao jo kaam kare, but pls voh “besan and haldi” wali advice nahi dena, relatives roz de rahe hai 😂. Seriously frustrated. Aaj mamu aaye toh bole “tumhara face kyu jal raha hai, nimbu lagao” 😤. Nimbu aur jalega bc. Koi genuine suggestion do pls.
