Nimag P Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Nimesulide, Paracetamol, or any other NSAID. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcer, severe liver or kidney impairment, or bleeding disorders. It is also contraindicated in children under 12 years of age and during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Nimag P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, heart problems, or a history of stomach ulcers. It may cause liver damage if taken in high doses or for long periods. Avoid alcohol as it increases the risk of liver toxicity. Do not take with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing medicines. If you experience symptoms like yellowing of skin, dark urine, or severe stomach pain, stop the medicine and consult a doctor immediately.

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, and liver damage. Treatment may include gastric lavage and administration of activated charcoal. N-acetylcysteine is a specific antidote for paracetamol overdose.
