Beta ka diabetes aur school lunch tension? 5 saal ke bache ne insulin skip kiya, sugar 300+, ab kya karein?

Mera beta 5 saal ka hai, type 1 diabetes hai. Aaj school se aaya toh lunch box khaali tha but usne bataya ki usne apna insulin nahi liya because teacher ne bola "pehle khao, baad mein injection". Main toh pagal ho gayi. Usne bas roti aur sabzi kha li, par insulin skip kar di. Uske baad woh ghar aate hi dizzy ho gaya, maine blood sugar check kiya toh 300+ thi. Aaj raat maine thoda kam insulin diya because usne dinner bhi kam khaya. Par mujhe dar lagta hai ki agar yeh baar baar ho toh kya hoga? School teacher ko toh humne pehle classes di thi lekin woh bhool jaati hain. Aaj maine uske bag mein ek emergency kit rakhi hai - glucometer, juice, insulin. Lekin school lunch mein kya bheju? Woh doosre bachon ko pizza, noodles, cake khaate dekhta hai aur rota hai. Main uske liye special lunch banati hoon - paratha, salad, fruits. Lekin woh nahi khata. Koi batao ki school lunch kaise handle karte ho? Aur teacher ko kaise yaad dilau ki insulin injection lunch se pehle lena hai? Thoda help chahiye, please.

Frozen shoulder ne maar diya! Koi asar nahi hota compress ka?

Mere gale mein dard hai aaj kal... Frozen shoulder ne toh jeena mushkil kar diya hai. Kal subah uthke apna baal comb karne ki koshish ki, bas haath uthaya nahi ja raha tha. Mera pati bolte hain, "Tu physiotherapy karva rahi hai, phir bhi kyun nahi theek ho raha?" Par unko kaise samjhaun ki yeh dheere dheere hota hai, ekdum se nahi. Physiotherapist ne bola hai ki hot and cold compress karo. Ghar pe try kiya—pehle ice pack rakhna, phir garam towel. Par honestly, mujhe farak nahi lag raha. Kya aap logon ne bhi yeh try kiya? Thoda toh relief milta hai ya nahi? Main confuse hoon ki kab tak yeh compress karte rahungi. Koi aur remedy batao jo kaam kare. Ek aur baat—ghar ka kaam toh bilkul nahi ho raha. Beti school se aati hai, usko khana banana bhi mushkil ho raha hai. Sab kuch pati aur bhai par chhoda hua hai. Bahut bura lagta hai jab kisi se help maangna padta hai. Kya aap sab bhi aise feel karte ho? Please koi suggestion do, bahut tang aa chuki hoon. 🙏

Baal jhad rahe, UPSC ka stress aur akelaapan – kya ye depression hai? Please help!

Yaar kya karu, aaj subah uthi to mirror me dekha to ek aur baal ka guchha haath me aa gaya. Mummy ne kal phone karke pucha "beta padhai kaise chal rahi hai" to maine jhooth bola "acchi chal rahi hai". Lekin reality me pichle 3 hafte se syllabus complete nahi ho raha, din me 4-5 ghante padh leti hu aur baaki time bas sochti rehti hu ki nahi hua to kya hoga. Rajinder Nagar me akela reh rahi hu, koi dost nahi, bas library aur room ka chakkar. Raat ko 2 baje tak jaagti hu, phir neend nahi aati to phone scroll karti hu. Kal ek dost ne bola "tu depression me hai", to mujhe laga shayad sahi hai. Kya koi hai jo is phase me se guzra ho? Koi small tip batao kaise focus rahe? Main nahi chahti UPSC chhodu, but lag raha hai ab energy hi nahi bachi.
