๐Ÿšซ Contraindications

Lorfit P Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Lornoxicam, Paracetamol, or any NSAID. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcer, severe liver or kidney impairment, severe heart failure, or bleeding disorders. Also avoid in patients with a history of asthma, urticaria, or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.

โš ๏ธ Warnings & Precautions

Lorfit P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, liver or kidney disease, heart problems, or asthma. It may increase the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attack or stroke, especially with long-term use. Avoid use in the last trimester of pregnancy. Monitor for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding, such as black stools or vomiting blood.

๐Ÿ’Š Overdose Management

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, and liver damage (from paracetamol). Treatment may include gastric lavage, activated charcoal, and supportive care. N-acetylcysteine is an antidote for paracetamol overdose.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
