This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Lornoxicam or any other NSAID, active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, severe heart failure, severe kidney or liver disease, and during the last trimester of pregnancy. It should also not be used in patients with a history of asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.

In case of an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.
