Enal 10mg Tablet is contraindicated in patients with a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor therapy, hereditary or idiopathic angioedema, and in pregnancy (especially second and third trimesters). It should not be used in patients with severe kidney impairment or those on dialysis. Concurrent use with aliskiren in patients with diabetes is also contraindicated.
