It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcer, severe liver or kidney impairment, or in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Also contraindicated in patients with bleeding disorders or those taking anticoagulants.

Dyser Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcers, liver or kidney disease, heart problems, or asthma. It may increase the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attack or stroke, especially with long-term use. Avoid use in the third trimester of pregnancy. Monitor for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding, such as black stools or abdominal pain.

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, and headache. Treatment is supportive and symptomatic. Activated charcoal may be administered if the ingestion is recent.
