Bhai, PCOD + Hostel Life = Emotional Breakdown Over Parle-G Biscuits! 😭💔

ughhhh. this hostel life is seriously testing my patience. been dealing with PCOD for a while now, and the mood swings are getting out of hand. today i literally cried over a missing packet of parle-g biscuits. like wtf is wrong with me 😭 and the food situation is just... hopeless. mess mein subah subah paratha with butter (which i know is bad for PCOS), lunch mein oily sabzi, dinner again roti-sabzi. no control over portions, no way to add more protein or fiber. my gynac told me to cut down on carbs and sugar, but hostel mein kya hi kar sakti hoon? it's not like i can magically make a salad appear. tried ordering some sprouts and boiled eggs from outside but delivery charges are killing my budget. also, my roommates think i'm being too picky. "just eat what's there" they say. yeah, easy for them, they don't have hormonal acne and irregular periods. anyone else managing PCOD in a hostel? how do you deal with the cravings and the mood swings? i'm this close to just giving up and ordering a whole pizza. help a sister out 😩

Frozen Shoulder ne rulaya! Physiotherapy mai ro di, kya yeh normal hai? 😭

Aaj physiotherapy session mai pura ro di. Seriously, frozen shoulder ka pain koi joke nahi hai. Mera toh comb karne ke liye bhi haath upar nahi jaa raha. Doctor ne bola "stretching karo, patience rakho" but jab wo meri shoulder ko ghuma rahe the, mai soch rahi thi "abhi toh marna aasan hai". 🥲 Halka sa bhi movement, aur jaise koi chaku chubha raha ho. Physio ne bola "Mamta ji, crying se kuch nahi hoga, muscles tight ho jayenge." Toh maine rote-rote hi stretch kiya, kya karein. Koi aapna ghar ka nuskha ho toh bataye. Mene garmi ki patti bhi lagayi, but raat ko pain aur badh jaata hai. Pata nahi yeh kab theek hoga. Aap log batao, kya kisi ko bhi aisa laga ki physiotherapy se pain aur badh gaya pehle? Ki yeh normal hai?

Bhai 5 liter paani kidney ke liye overkill hai ya safe? 😨

Yaar ek doubt hai. Pichle saal kidney stone ka operation hua tha mera. Tab se main itna paani peeta hu ki log bolte hai "tujhe machhli palni hai kya". Har roz 5 litre water pakka ho jata hai. But aaj office me ek friend ne bola ki 5 litre overkill hai, isse kidney pe pressure padta hai aur stones bhi ho sakte hain. 😨 Ab main confuse ho gaya. Maine to suna tha ki jyada paani stones flush karta hai. Lekin woh bol raha tha ki kidney ka filter system overload ho jata hai. Kya sach me 5 litre daily harmful ho sakta hai? Mera urologist to pehle hi 3-4 litre bola tha but main dar ke maare extra peeta hu. Koi hai jo daily 5+ litre peeta ho? Koi side effects aaye? Ya main pagal hu jo itna paani pi raha hu? 🙏 P.S. - Beer to chhod di hai ab. Bas paani aur nimbu paani peeta hu.
