Bhai, PCOD + Hostel Life = Emotional Breakdown Over Parle-G Biscuits! 😭💔

ughhhh. this hostel life is seriously testing my patience. been dealing with PCOD for a while now, and the mood swings are getting out of hand. today i literally cried over a missing packet of parle-g biscuits. like wtf is wrong with me 😭

and the food situation is just... hopeless. mess mein subah subah paratha with butter (which i know is bad for PCOS), lunch mein oily sabzi, dinner again roti-sabzi. no control over portions, no way to add more protein or fiber. my gynac told me to cut down on carbs and sugar, but hostel mein kya hi kar sakti hoon? it's not like i can magically make a salad appear.

tried ordering some sprouts and boiled eggs from outside but delivery charges are killing my budget. also, my roommates think i'm being too picky. "just eat what's there" they say. yeah, easy for them, they don't have hormonal acne and irregular periods.

anyone else managing PCOD in a hostel? how do you deal with the cravings and the mood swings? i'm this close to just giving up and ordering a whole pizza. help a sister out 😩
