๐Ÿšซ Contraindications

Dorafit-M Capsule is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Drotaverine, Mefenamic Acid, or any other NSAIDs. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcer disease, severe heart failure, severe liver or kidney impairment, or during the last trimester of pregnancy. Also avoid in patients with a history of asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.

Dorafit-M Capsule should be used with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, liver disease, or heart problems. It may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Do not use it during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, unless advised by a doctor. Prolonged use may increase the risk of cardiovascular events or gastrointestinal bleeding.

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, and blurred vision. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Gastric lavage may be considered if ingestion is recent.
