Carezim should be used with caution in patients with asthma, COPD, diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, and liver impairment. It may mask symptoms of hypoglycemia and hyperthyroidism. Avoid abrupt discontinuation to prevent rebound hypertension or worsening heart failure. Regular monitoring of heart rate and blood pressure is recommended.
