Azirox Tablet contains azithromycin (500mg), a macrolide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. It is used for respiratory tract infections, skin infections, otitis media, and certain sexually transmitted diseases (e.g., chlamydia). It has a long half-life allowing once-daily dosing.
