Advanced LCF Kid Expectorant contains ambroxol (mucolytic) and guaifenesin (expectorant) plus levocetirizine (antihistamine) for cough with phlegm in children. Ambroxol increases secretion, guaifenesin reduces viscosity, levocetirizine reduces allergy.
