1. Clinical Overview

Acnegel contains Clindamycin (1%) and Adapalene (0.1%) for acne vulgaris. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that reduces bacterial growth; adapalene is a retinoid that normalizes skin cell turnover, unclogs pores, and reduces inflammation.
