Heart racing out of nowhere? 4-7-8 breathing ka koi asar hai ya bas timepass? 😭

Ok so idk if it's just me but my heart literally starts racing outta nowhere and I feel like I'm gonna die?? 😭 Today my mom started yelling about my grades and I had full blown panic attack on the spot. She said "bas natak kar rahi hai" and walked away lmaoo. Anyway I tried this 4-7-8 breathing thing I saw on insta - breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Did it like 5 times and idk if it actually calmed me down or I just distracted myself but my hands stopped shaking a little. Has this actually worked for anyone here? Or do you have any other breathing hacks that don't feel too cringe? My overthinking brain keeps telling me I'm doing it wrong and it's making me more anxious lol pls help. Also if anyone else's parents don't get anxiety just say "same" 😭

Chemo ke baad weakness ka ilaaj? Ginger tea aur light exercise se recovery possible?

Yaar, aaj kal toh chemotherapy aur radiation ka asar bahut zyada dikh raha hai. Pichle hafte se weakness aisi hai ki uthna bhi mushkil ho gaya. Ek time tha jab main rozana 5 km chal leta tha, ab bathroom tak jaane mein saans phool jaati hai. Mera jaw ka operation hua hai toh khana bhi theek se nahi hota, lekin yeh weakness toh alag hi level ki hai. Doctor ne kaha ki hemoglobin gir gaya hai, isliye injections lene pad rahe hain. Ek toh yeh treatment, upar se ghar mein bhi tension hai - biwi roz kehti hai ki “kya khaoge, kya nahi khaoge.” Aur bachche bhi pareshan hain, unhe lagta hai main theek ho raha hoon lekin haalat toh aisi hai ki roz lagta hai aaj nahi uthunga. Maine suna hai ki kuch log ginger tea aur light exercise se thoda recover karte hain. Kya koi yahan hai jiska bhi weakness ka same experience hua? Kya karte ho tum log? Thoda diet plan batao jo easy ho aur jisse energy aaye. Bahut mushkil ho raha hai yaar.

PCOD + hostel food = emotional damage! Koi tips for tired 9-to-7 girl? 🥲

ugh yaar, this PCOD journey is already exhausting, but hostel food makes it 10x worse. 😩 I’ve been in Mumbai for 2 years now, working from 9 to 7, and by the time I reach my PG, I’m dead. The mess serves the same oily sabzi and roti every day, and I swear my mood swings have gotten so extreme that I almost cried over a missing packet of bhujia today. 🥲 I tried eating only fruits for dinner last week, but then I got so hungry at 2 am that I ordered Maggi—and then felt guilty the whole next day. Anyone else struggling to balance PCOD with hostel meals? My doctor said no fried food, but mess mein toh sab fried hai. 🍳 One thing that kinda helps: I now keep a small jar of roasted chana and makhana in my bag, and I add a spoon of flaxseed powder to my morning chai. Sounds weird but it keeps my cravings in check for a few hours. Also, I’ve started walking 15 mins after lunch—no gym, just a stroll around the colony. Mood swings are still there, but at least I’m not crying in office washroom anymore. 😅 Koi tips? Especially for dinner—what do you guys eat when you’re too tired to cook but don’t want to ruin your hormones?
