Common triggers in the Indian context include: Dietary Triggers: Skipping meals, eating too much masala (spices), or consuming aged cheese, processed meats, or fermented foods. Even chai or coffee withdrawal can be a trigger. Hormonal Changes: Many women experience migraines around their menstrual cycle due to fluctuating estrogen levels. Environmental Factors: Bright sunlight, strong smells (like agarbatti or perfumes), pollution, or sudden weather changes.
