Monceclo is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac or other NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, severe heart failure, severe kidney or liver disease, and during the last trimester of pregnancy. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.

Monceclo should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, kidney or liver impairment, heart disease, or asthma. It may increase the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attack or stroke, especially with long-term use. Elderly patients and those on diuretics or ACE inhibitors should be monitored closely. Avoid use in the third trimester of pregnancy.
