It is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer, severe kidney or liver disease, or bleeding disorders. Also avoid in the last trimester of pregnancy and in patients with asthma triggered by NSAIDs.

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, liver disease, or heart problems. It may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, especially with long-term use. Avoid taking it with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing products. If you experience signs of stomach bleeding (black stools, vomiting blood) or liver damage (yellowing of skin/eyes, dark urine), seek medical help immediately.
