It should not be used in patients with tachyarrhythmias, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, or severe hypertension. Also contraindicated in patients with a history of seizures or hyperthyroidism.

Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders (e.g., hypertension, arrhythmias), hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, and seizure disorders. Levosalbutamol may cause hypokalemia, especially when combined with diuretics. Monitor serum potassium levels. Ambroxol may cause gastrointestinal disturbances. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor.
