Dil Se Plus Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Diclofenac, Paracetamol, or any other NSAID. It should not be used in patients with active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe heart failure, or severe renal impairment. Also avoid in the third trimester of pregnancy.
