Dexcoff Syrup is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, and those taking MAOIs or within 14 days of stopping them.

Do not use Dexcoff Syrup if you have severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, or are taking MAOIs. Use with caution in patients with diabetes, glaucoma, or prostate enlargement. Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants. If you experience rapid heartbeat, severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately.
