Apale Tablet contains Nimesulide (100mg) and Paracetamol (325mg) for pain and fever. Nimesulide is an NSAID. Dose: 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Short-term use only due to hepatotoxicity risk with nimesulide. Avoid in children less than 12 years.
