๐Ÿšซ Contraindications

Xonbrex-S Injection should not be used in patients with a known hypersensitivity to ceftriaxone, sulbactam, or any other cephalosporin antibiotic. It is also contraindicated in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia, especially premature infants, as ceftriaxone can displace bilirubin from albumin and increase the risk of kernicterus. Avoid in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to penicillins.

Before using Xonbrex-S Injection, inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, or a history of gastrointestinal disease (especially colitis). This medicine may cause diarrhea due to C. difficile, which requires immediate medical attention. Prolonged use may lead to secondary infections. Use with caution in patients with a history of allergies to cephalosporins or penicillins.
