Aaj main ek aasan aur effective solution lekar aaya hoon: 20-20-20 Rule aur ek daily eye care routine. Computer Vision Syndrome Aur Dry Eyes Ke Karan aur Lakshan Jab hum screen par ghante lagate hain, toh humari aankhein kam jhapakti hain. Normal aankh rozana 15-20 baar prati minute jhapakti hai, lekin screen par yeh ghat kar 5-7 baar reh jaata hai.
