1. Clinical Overview
Afogatran 110 Capsule contains Dabigatran (110 mg), a direct thrombin inhibitor used as an anticoagulant to prevent stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, and for treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. It works by directly inhibiting thrombin. Swallow whole, do not open. Take with food to reduce dyspepsia.
