Aclon-SP Tablet is a combination of Aceclofenac (a painkiller) and Serratiopeptidase (an enzyme that reduces inflammation and helps break down proteins) used to treat pain and swelling in conditions like arthritis, trauma, and dental pain. It works by inhibiting prostaglandins and reducing edema. Usually taken twice daily after meals.
