WFH se mental health kharab? 3 din kisi se baat nahi, rona aa raha hai - kya karein?

Bhai, seriously ab WFH ka boht zyada negative impact ho raha hai mental health pe. Kal raat 3 baje tak code likh raha tha, table pe laptop, bed pe main. Achanak realize hua ki pichle 3 din mein kisi se baat nahi ki hai properly. WA pe bas "ok", "done", "meeting link" type messages. Maa ne subah phone kiya toh maine "busy" bol ke cut kar diya. Aaj pata nahi kyun rona aa raha hai. Office jaata toh atleast chai pe koi dost milta, koi joke, koi gossip. Yahan toh bas Laptop aur mera reflection.

Ek cheez try ki hai - 10 min evening walk. Par honestly, jab ghar aata hoon toh wahi silence, wahi loneliness. Breakup ka grief bhi abhi fresh hai, usse toh lagta hai sab chhod ke bhaag gaya.

Family side se pressure hai ki "shaadi karle", "job toh hai hi, settle ho ja." Unko kaise samjhaun ki bahar se sab theek lagta hai but andar se kuch toot raha hai?

Bhai log, koi genuine tip do - WFH mein loneliness cope karne ke liye kya karte ho? Koi online group, hobby, ya koi habit? Serious suggestions chahiye.
