Gym jaa rahe ho? Colleagues bolte hain body ka nasha charh gaya?
Yaar, aaj office mein kya hua, suno. Main subah gym gaya, thoda pain tha but mana kiya. Lunch time pe colleagues ne dekha ki main dheere chal raha hoon. Ek ne kaha, "Arre Ramesh ji, gym ka nasha charh gaya kya?" Sab hasne lage. Doosre ne bola, "Ab toh ghar pe bhi protein shake peenge." Main chup raha, but andar se bura laga. 40 saal se same desk job, ab first time kuch kar raha hoon, toh mazaak kyun? Wife bhi bolti hai, "Dekh lo, log kya kahenge." But main sochta hoon, unka kya? Unki health toh theek hai.
Maine apni diet bhi badli hai - roti kam, sabzi zyada. Subah 15 minute walk bhi. Par yeh sab karte waqt akela feel hota hai. Ghar pe wife support karti hai, but office mein toh koi nahi samajhta.
