Gussa control ka koi desi nuskha? BP 160/100, ab breathing se kaam chal raha hai ya kuch aur?
Mujhe pata hai mera gussa meri jaan le lega ek din. Kal hi bivi se chhoti si baat pe jhagda ho gaya - unhone kaha chai mein kam sugar daali, main bhadak gaya. Baad mein pachtawa bhi hota hai, lekin us waqt kuch nahi lagta. BP check kiya toh 160/100 tha fir se. Doctor ne pehle hi warning di hai - "Aapko control karna hoga warna heart pe asar padega."
Ab do hafte se breathing exercise kar raha hoon. Subah uthke 5-5 minute deep breathing aur fir 4-7-8 technique try karta hoon. Thoda ajeeb lagta hai initially, lekin lagta hai shaam tak thoda control rehta hai. Par stress waali situation mein sab bhool jaate hain.
