Ghar ka khana healthy hai, toh weight kyun nahi ghat raha? 🫠 Help!
Yaar, seriously confused ho gayi hoon. Maine socha tha ghar ka khana healthy hai, toh dieting chhod kar ghar ka khaana shuru kar diya. But ab toh lagta hai ki ghar ka khana bhi gym diet ki tarah count nahi hota? Mummy ka pyaar bhari paratha, daal-chawal, sabzi-rotii... sab kuch toh healthy hai na? Phir bhi weight nahi ghat raha.
Pichle 1 hafte se maine ghar ka khana hi kha rahi hoon, but scale pe toh koi farak nahi. Upar se metabolism already kharab hai crash diets ki wajah se. Ab toh lagta hai ki pani bhi peeti hoon toh weight badh jaata hai. 😭
Gym diet ka scene dekhti hoon toh oats, egg whites, boiled chicken... but woh sustain nahi hota mere se. 2-3 din mein hi mood kharab ho jaata hai. Aur family mein bhi koi support nahi karta. "Ghar ka khana healthy hai" bolke sab force karte hain. But ghar ka khana bhi toh weight badhata hai na? Please koi batao, kya karna chahiye? Ghar ka khana kaise balance karein taaki weight control ho? Ya fir gym diet hi follow karein?
