Eye pressure high despite drops? 55M accountant shares his biggest fear!

Namaste everyone. I am a 55-year-old accountant from Mumbai. Last week, during my routine check-up, my doctor told me my eye pressure is still high, despite using the drops regularly. He even increased the dosage of Timolol. I felt a chill run down my spine, honestly.

The biggest fear is not the drops or the cost, beta. It is the thought of suddenly not being able to see my grandchildren's faces, or not being able to do my own work. My wife keeps telling me to relax, but how can I? When I sit at my desk, sometimes I feel a dull ache behind my eyes, and I immediately think, "Yeh pressure badh gaya kya?"

I have started trying a small thing: I am avoiding chai and coffee after 6 PM, as my optometrist suggested caffeine can spike pressure. But I am also worried about my diet—do I need to avoid all salt? Itna strict diet toh possible nahi hai.

My question to all of you is: For those of you managing high eye pressure for years, what is the one non-medicine habit that actually helped you keep the pressure stable? Walking? Some specific pranayam? Please share your real experiences. Main bahut dar raha hoon.
