Literally raat ko 2 baje tak jaagti rehti hoon. Kal raat bhi socha "chalo ab so jaate hain" but dimaag ne turant chalu kar diya—"teri placement ki tayyari nahi hui", "parents ko kya jawab doge", "tu toh kuch nahi kar sakti". Ekdum se heartbeat fast ho jaata hai, chest tight feel hoti hai, aur phir panic attack aa jaata hai. Even after deep breathing, it takes hours to calm down.

Maine recently guided meditation try kiya hai—kuch soothing nature sounds ke saath. Honestly, 5-10 minutes help karti hai but raat ko phir wahi overthinking start. And the worst part? Mummy ne subah dekha toh boli "raat ko phone dekhna band kar, itna natak kyun karti hai." Literally no understanding.

I feel so stuck. College ke assignments, ghar ka pressure, aur yeh anxiety ka cycle. Koi aisa tip batao jo raat ko actually kaam kare—kya karte ho tum log jab dimaag nahi rukta? Please help.
