Aaj kal diabetes ka number badh raha hai. Main roz 12 ghante gaadi chalata hu, kabhi 2 baje khaata hu kabhi 5 baje. Aaj subah pair me soojan dekh ke dar lag gaya. Doctor ne kaha tha control karo, par road pe khane ke alawa kya hai? Samosa, burger, chai... sab meetha aur oily.

Ghar pe biwi roti bana ke deti hai par gaadi me leke jaana mushkil hai. Kabhi kabhi dhabe se ek roti aur dal le leta hu, par woh bhi 50-60 rupaye. Aaj pata nahi kya khaaya jo shaam ko sugar 280 aa gayi. Bahut gussa aata hai apne aap pe.
