Mujhe samajh nahi aata yaar. Log dekhte hain ki main patli ho gayi hoon to kehte hain “wah kya weight loss hua hai, kya diet follow karti ho?” 😤 Kuch pata nahi hai unhe. Main toh roz 4-5 baar khana khati hoon, parantha, chawal, sabzi sab kuch, lekin phir bhi haath kampte hain aur dil dhak dhak karta rehta hai. Aaj toh doston ke saath lunch pe gayi, sab ne bola “tu toh healthy khana kha rahi hai, phir bhi weak kyun lagti hai?” Main kya bolun? Hyperthyroidism ka yeh natak hai.
Endocrinologist ne methimazole diya hai, lekin side effects se dar lagta hai. Weight thoda stable hua hai, par energy zero hai. Pehle main 10,000 steps chalti thi, ab 2,000 bhi mushkil. Family ko bhi samjhana mushkil hai. Mother kehti hai “bas tension mat lo, sab theek ho jayega.” Jaise tension lene se koi problem solve hoti hai!
