Yaar ye kya ho gaya hai mere saath. 2 mahine pehle maine whey protein aur pre-workout seriously lena shuru kiya tha, body banana hai na. Ab 1 hafte se ankle aur knee mein achanak se severe pain aata hai raat ko. Sochta hoon exercise ka muscle soreness hai, but doctor ne kal uric acid test karaya... 9.8 hai bhai! Normal 7 tak hota hai. Direct gout symptoms bol diya.
Maa ko bataya toh woh ro padi, "beta protein powder band kar de, ghar ka dahi, chhachh piya kar." Par gym ka sapna adhoora reh jayega. Family pressure hai, aur mera khud ka health bhi bigad raha hai. Abhi allopurinol start kiya hai, lekin side effects ki tension hai.
