Bhai, aankhon ke saamne zigzag lights aa rahe? Mera migraine ka episode dekh lo! 😭 Kya koi hai jo triptan lene se pehle bach gaya?

Ugh, literally just had the worst episode at work. 🤯 Was staring at my laptop screen, editing a blog, when suddenly I started seeing these zigzag flashing lights in the corner of my eye. Like, disco lights but not fun. Thought I was going blind for a sec. Then the aura spread and my whole right side went blurry. Ofc my boss was like "just take a paracetamol and finish the article" like it's nothing. 🫠

The vomiting started an hour later. Aadha sar dard is no joke. I'm trying this new thing where I put my phone on night mode + blue light filter 24/7, but sunlight also triggers me so basically I'm a vampire now. My mom keeps saying "beta, shadi karlo, tension kam hogi" like marriage will fix my aura flashes. 😭

Does anyone else get the zigzag lights before the pain? And if yes, do you take anything to stop it? I heard triptans work but my GP says I'm too young for those. Help a girl out pls 🙏
