Yaar seriously koi batao... Mene 2 mahine pehle start kiya tha serious bulk, daily 2 scoops whey + pre-workout + baki sab. Result? Kal joint pain se neend nahi aayi, specially big toe mein aisa lag raha tha jaise needle chubho rahe ho. Doc ne blood test karwaya, uric acid 8.5 bata raha hai. 🫠
Mujhe laga whey to safe hai, par pata chala ki high purine content hota hai kuch brands mein. Plus pre-workout mein bhi caffeine zyada hai jo dehydration karta hai, jisse uric acid aur badhta hai. Mene aaj subah se sirf nimbu paani + haldi pi raha hu, light stretching bhi kiya. Thoda relief to mila but gym jane ka mann nahi kar raha.
Bhai log, koi genuine suggestion do. Kya whey protein permanently chodna padega? Ya sirf quantity reduce karein? Aur koi natural supplement hai jo uric acid control kare? Protein intake kaise maintain karu without chicken and whey? Please help, mera bulk plan barbaad ho raha hai. 💔
