Yaar kya dikkat hai yeh. Gym mein 6 mahine se consistent hu, body bhi achi ban rahi thi. Lekin pichle 2 hafte se subah uthte hi ankle aur thumb joint mein jalan, swelling, aur dard. Pehle socha overtraining hai, rest liya. Phir bhi same.
Kal blood test karaya. Uric acid 8.5 mg/dL hai, reference range 7.2 tak hai. Doc ne kaha whey protein aur pre-workout band karo, bahut high hai. Maine toh Gold Standard whey le raha tha, brand bhi acha hai. Par shayad quantity zyada ho gayi? Roz 2 scoops whey + ek scoop pre (200mg caffeine + beta alanine).
Aaj se whey band kar diya, sirf eggs aur chicken se protein le raha hu. Pre-workout bhi nahi li. Gym bhi avoid kar raha hu 3-4 din. Lekin bhai, ab muscle loss ka dar lag raha hai. Koi alternative? Plant protein isolate? Ya bas diet se manage kare? Aur haan, neem + giloy ka kadha pi raha hu, kuch fayda hoga?
