4 saal ka beta autism mein, 15k/month therapy ka kharcha—kya koi sasta option hai India mein?

Hi everyone, my 4-year-old son has autism and still not speaking. We started occupational therapy last month, but honestly the cost is killing me. The therapist charges ₹1200 per session, and they say at least 3 sessions a week are needed. That’s ₹3600 per week, almost ₹15,000 a month. We are in a small city, not even Mumbai or Delhi.

My husband says we can’t afford this for long, but I see some improvement—he is making eye contact now, and his meltdowns have reduced a little. Relatives keep saying “ladke late bolte hain, tension mat lo.” They don’t understand. They think we are wasting money on “fancy therapies.”

Has anyone found affordable occupational therapy in India? Like government centers or NGOs? Or any tips to reduce sessions without losing progress? I feel so stuck. Please share if you know anything. Thanks.
