35 weeks mein baby 2.4 kg - Gestational Diabetes pe insulin pe hoon, kya normal delivery possible?

Mujhe aaj ultrasound karvaya. Baby ka weight 2.4 kg hai at 35 weeks. Doctor ne kaha thoda heavy hai, but control mein hai. Main tension mein hoon kyunki Gestational Diabetes hai aur insulin pe hoon. Kya koi aur bhi hai jiska baby weight zyada ho raha ho? Kya delivery normal ho sakti hai ya C-section hi karna padega? Main bed rest pe hoon toh kuch zyada activity bhi nahi kar sakti. Khana bhi diet mein control hai, phir bhi baby weight badh raha hai. Please share your experiences.
